Rajasthan Board Result 2026: The results for the Rajasthan Board Class 5 and Class 8 examinations are set to be released soon. It is expected that the Board of Secondary Education, Bikaner, Rajasthan, will announce the results by March 24. According to a report by *The Indian Express*, sources have indicated that a recent meeting was held with board officials to discuss this matter. However, final confirmation from the Board is still awaited. Students of Class 5 and Class 8 will be able to check their results on the official websites: rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in and rajshaladarpan.nic.in.
To check their results, students will need to enter their roll numbers in the result login window. The Rajasthan Board Class 5 and Class 8 examinations were conducted from February 20 to March 5, 2026. According to reports, approximately 26 lakh students had registered for these examinations. It is also worth noting that the Rajasthan Board Class 10 and Class 12 results are expected to be released shortly as well.
Rajasthan Board Result 2026: How to Check?
Step 1: To check the results, visit the official websites—rajshaladarpan.nic.in or rajpsp.nic.in.
Step 2: Select ‘RBSE Class 8th Result 2026’ or ‘RBSE Class 5th Results 2026’.
Step 3: Students will be required to enter their seat numbers.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit’ or ‘View Result’ button. Their marks will appear on the screen; students may download the result or take a screenshot for future reference.
Original Marksheets to be Issued Later
The marksheets for Class 5 and Class 8 will not be available immediately after the results are declared. Students will have to wait a few days to receive them. The Board will send the marksheets to the respective schools, from where students will be able to collect them from their class teachers or principals.
Promotion Policy Discontinued
The Rajasthan Board has discontinued the policy of automatically promoting Class 5 and Class 8 students this year. This means that students who fail the examinations will be required to repeat the same class. To pass the examination, it is mandatory to secure a minimum of 33 percent marks in all subjects. A re-examination will be conducted within 45 days for students who fail; by appearing in this exam, they can save their academic year from being wasted.
