Photo Requirements	Recent Passport Size Color Photo with White Background. Face should occupy at least 75% of the photo.
Thumb Impression Instructions	Draw a rectangular box (3 cm x 5 cm) on A4 paper and place your left thumb impression inside it.
Signature Instructions	Draw a rectangular box (2 cm x 7 cm) on A4 paper and sign within it using a black or blue pen.
