Emergency officials in New Castle County have reported that several individuals were shot in Wilmington. The shooting occurred on Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of North Adams Street and West 7th Street. A significant police presence was observed at the location, accompanied by a medical helicopter, around 2:50 PM local time. The Wilmington Police Department is currently conducting an investigation into the incident. As part of the ongoing inquiries, Adams Street has been closed between 4th and 9th streets.
