- Oats
- mugdal
- Lentils
- carrot
- Beat
- tomato
- parents
- Garlic

Action:
- To make oats soup first, soak all the pulses in water for some time and then rinse them thoroughly with water.
- Add soaked pulses, chopped vegetables, ginger and garlic, water as required and salt to taste in a cooker and cook.
