There is going to be a special occasion for the cricket fans of Indore. Actually, Indore has got the hosting of another international match. Let us tell you that the third match of the T-20 series between India and West Indies will be played in Indore on 11 October 2026. After a long time, the spectators of the city will get a chance to watch the International T-20 match. Actually, BCCI has released the complete schedule of the 2026-27 domestic international season on Thursday. Under which four foreign teams will come to India to play cricket.

Let us tell you that these include West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Australia. A total of 22 international matches will be played in 17 cities of India throughout the season. The season will begin with West Indies’ tour of India, which includes series in both ODI and T20 formats.

When and where will the matches be played

Actually this tour between India and West Indies will start from the end of September. The first three ODI matches will be played between the two teams and will be followed by a five-match T20 series. Let us tell you that the first ODI will be played on 27th September in Thiruvananthapuram. The second match will be played in Guwahati on 30 September, while the third ODI will be played in New Chandigarh on 3 October.

T-20 matches will start from October 6

After the ODI series, T-20 matches will start from October 6. Let us tell you that the first T-20 will be played in Lucknow. While the second match will be held on October 9 in Ranchi. After this, the third T20 will be played on October 11 at Holkar Stadium in Indore. The fourth match will be held in Hyderabad and the last T20 in Bengaluru. In fact, Holkar Cricket Stadium of Indore is counted among the most popular cricket grounds of India. The pitch here is generally considered helpful for the batsmen and big scores are seen. This is the reason why the T-20 matches played here have often proved to be exciting.
