In Biharigarh area, a gym trainer won the trust of a student on the pretext of fitness training and then crossed the limits of cruelty by making her drink intoxicants. An associate of the trainer was also involved in this disgusting conspiracy, who was standing outside and keeping watch. The police, showing promptness, arrested the main accused Shahzad and his helper Mukarram and sent them behind the bars.

The victim student used to go to a local gym in Biharigarh area for exercise. There he met gym trainer Shahzad (resident of Gagalheri). During the training, Shahzad gained the trust of the student, but dark deeds were going on in his mind. It is alleged that during the workout, Shahzad made the student drink protein drink saying that it would give her strength in the workout. The girl became unconscious after drinking the drink, after which the accused took advantage of her helplessness and committed rape.

Conspiracy’s ‘mastermind’ partner: Mukarram was spying from moment to moment

Another shocking twist has come in the police investigation in this case. Shahzad was not alone in this heinous act, rather his associate Mukarram was part of the entire conspiracy. While Shehzad was committing atrocities inside, Mukarram was staying outside and keeping an eye on the student’s activities and the surrounding environment. He was constantly giving updates to Shahzad so that no one could catch him. After the incident, the frightened victim gathered courage and narrated her ordeal to her family members, after which an official complaint was lodged with the police on March 25, 2026.

SSP Abhinandan’s action: The criminals were caught after laying siege on Buggawala Road.

Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Saharanpur SSP Abhinandan ordered immediate strict action. The police conducted medical examination of the victim and collected scientific evidence. On Friday, on the accurate information of the informer, the police team laid siege to Buggawala Road. On seeing the police, the accused tried to run away, but the alert team caught the main accused Shahzad and his associate Mukarram.

Accused sent to jail, police is investigating ‘black history’

Biharigarh police station said that a case has been registered against both the accused under relevant serious sections. On Friday, he was presented in the court, from where he has been sent to jail. The police is now also investigating whether these accused have made any other woman or student their victim before. After this incident, there is a lot of anger among the local people and the demand is being raised to make strict rules regarding the safety of girls going to the gym.
