At the Times Now Summit 2026, Kriti Sanon was indirectly asked about her marriage plans and she did not shy away from the question. She was clear that she is not in a rush and that for her it is less about timelines and outside noise and more about finding the right person at the right time in her life. She said such decisions should come naturally and not because someone somewhere decided it was time.

More than anything, what stands out is how at ease she is with the whole conversation. She is not trying to deflect or give a carefully worded non-answer. She just said what she felt and moved on. That is the kind of self-assurance that is hard to fake and in an industry that has opinions on everything, it is actually quite lovely to see.

While the marriage talk continues around her, Kriti Sanon is clearly in a very good place on the work front. Her career saw renewed success in 2024 with praise for her roles in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya and Crew. Both of these films ranked among the highest-grossing Hindi films of the year. She also produced and starred in the Netflix thriller Do Patti and most recently was seen in the romantic drama Tere Ishk Meinwhich did well commercially.

Coming up she has quite the lineup to look forward to. Cocktail 2, directed by Homi Adajania and co-starring Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, is set to release on June 19, 2026. The film has already been generating strong buzz and the teaser has got people very excited. Between a string of successful films behind her and some genuinely interesting projects ahead, Kriti Sanon is in a phase where things are clearly moving in a great direction and she seems to be enjoying every bit of it on her own terms.
