Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is considered a “superfruit” in Ayurveda. It is rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants and many nutrients. It increases immunity, improves digestion and is beneficial for hair and skin. But do you know that Amla is not safe for everyone? For some people, its consumption can be harmful to health.

1. People with high acidity or gastric ulcers
