Mumbai: Amidst IPL 2026, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) star batsman Virat Kohli watched the popular Bollywood film Dhurandhar: The Revenge (Dhurandhar 2) and was completely enthralled. While sharing the poster of the film on Instagram, Kohli called it the most unique and impressive film ever made in India.
Kohli wrote, “Watched the film today and I can say that I have never seen such a cinematic experience in India. The film presented every kind of emotion so beautifully that I remained completely engaged for almost 4 hours without getting up from the seat even once.”
Praising the film’s director Aditya Dhar, Virat said that his vision and talent are clearly visible on the screen. Especially Kohli openly praised the performance of Ranveer Singh who was seen in the lead role. He wrote, “All the characters were brilliant, but Ranveer Singh has reached a completely different level after this film. Your acting was amazing – absolutely brilliant!”
Kohli watched this film sitting in the theater with his wife Anushka Sharma. Anushka also praised the film and described it as immersive and meticulously crafted.
Dhurandhar 2 is making waves at the box office. Since its release, this film has been breaking records and has become a topic of great discussion among the audience.
Virat Kohli is currently playing for RCB in IPL 2026. His team has made a great start by winning the first two matches and is currently in a strong position in the points table.
