Worship Lord Hanuman in this manner on Tuesday

On Tuesday, wake up before sunrise i.e. in Brahma Muhurta and take bath. Wear red colored clothes on this day. Purify the place of worship by sprinkling Ganga water on it. After this keep the statue or picture of Hanuman ji. Light a ghee lamp. Offer vermilion, jasmine oil, a garland of 11 or 21 betel leaves and red flowers to Hanuman ji. Offer gram flour laddus or boondi to Hanuman ji as offering. Then worship Hanuman ji. Do chant the name 'Ram'. At the end, recite the story of Tuesday fast and perform Aarti.

Take these precautions during Tuesday fast

Do not consume common salt during the fast. Apart from this, do not let the thoughts of onion, garlic, meat and alcohol even come to your mind. To maintain physical and mental purity, follow celibacy on this day. Keep a fasting fast the whole day. After evening puja, eat food made of wheat and jaggery. Do not use salt in it.
