Materials:

• sweet potato
• dates
• Cocoa powder
• jaggery
• Vanilla essence
• Wet coconut milk

Action:

• To make sweet potato ice cream, first of all, wash the sweet potato with clean water and cook it. Peel the cooled sweet potato.
• Add cooked sweet potatoes, dates, cocoa powder, jaggery powder, salt, vanilla essence and wet coconut milk in a mixing bowl and grind it finely.
• Adding the ice cream mixture to the mixer bowl will mix it well and make a smoothie.
• Pour the prepared mixture into a glass container and mix lightly two to three times. This will expel the air and set the ice cream properly.
• You can also add crushed dry fruits to the ice cream. This will make the food taste better.
• After 5 to 6 hours the ice cream is properly set in the fridge and then serve to eat.
