Shoppers are calling one anti-ageing serum a 'miracle in a bottle', with many claiming it helps skin look smoother, firmer and more refreshed in a matter of weeks. The popular formula is gaining attention for its promise to visibly reduce the signs of ageing and boost radiance as part of a simple daily routine.

According to Amazon, 'This powerful anti-ageing facial serum rewinds skin age in 2 weeks with patented Age Clock Technology for smoother, firmer and younger-looking skin.'

At the heart of the serum is a blend of three types of hyaluronic acid, which work to deeply hydrate and plump the skin while improving elasticity and moisture retention. This helps give skin a fuller, more supple appearance, reducing the look of dryness and fine lines.

The formula also uses what's described as 'age clock technology', designed to support the skin's natural renewal processes and address common signs of ageing such as dullness, uneven texture and loss of firmness. Lightweight and easy to apply, it can be used daily on clean skin, massaged gently into the face and neck before following with a moisturiser. Clinical results cited by the brand suggest many users noticed more radiant skin after one use, with improvements in plumpness and overall appearance reported over time.

Over 1,000 of Nivea's Cellular Epigenetics Age Rewind Face Serum have been bought on Amazon in the past month, and it's an Amazon's Choice product right now. It has clocked up a 4.4 star average rating, with one shopper saying it has a 'lovely feel to skin'.

Another reviewer said: "I very rarely leave a review but this is a miracle in a bottle. I am over 50 and have tried many many lotions and potions to help with ageing and over the years I've spent a lot. But this little bottle is amazing. I have literally used it 3 days so far and I can see a noticeable difference. This is now my new go to serum. Amazing."

A third added: "I normally struggle to get my moisturizing under control as I have very dry skin and I'm also a pensioner so I don't have a massive budget to work with but I can honestly say that this is the best moisturizer I've used in a long time.
