According to the report of Mid-Day, Allu Arjun has rented a 5BHK apartment located on Juhu Tara Road, a posh area of Mumbai. The report states that they have entered into a three-year lease agreement and will pay a rent of Rs 16 lakh every month. The apartment is spread over 6,000 square feet and has a small swimming pool and four parking spaces. If sources are to be believed, Allu Arjun wanted a sea facing house for his wife Sneha and children Ayaan and Arha. Their children will stay with them during school holidays. The report further states that Allu Arjun wanted a place that was tranquil, with lots of greenery and the calming sound of the ocean. It is being told that a project with Raka and Lokesh Kanagaraj will be shot in Mumbai.
