- Bread Slice – 4
- Paneer (grated) – 1 cup
- Finely chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion – 2 tbsp
- Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1
- Salt – as per taste
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Butter or Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Green chutney or tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
How to make Paneer Sandwich
Delicious snack cheese sandwich is liked by everyone. To prepare this, first add grated cheese in a bowl. Add finely chopped capsicum, onion and green chilli to it. Now add salt and black pepper to it and mix well. If you want, you can also add some chaat masala, this will further enhance the taste.
Now take bread slices and apply butter on one side. Apply green chutney or tomato sauce on the other side. After this, spread the prepared paneer stuffing on the bread and cover it with another slice. Similarly, prepare the rest of the sandwiches.
Heat a pan or sandwich maker and apply light butter. Now fry the sandwich until it becomes golden and crisp on both sides. When the sandwich is thoroughly toasted, take it out and cut it from the middle.
