IPL Points Table 2026 Updated After LSG vs RR: Rajasthan Royals thrashed Lucknow Super Giants by 40 runs in their Indian Premier League 2026 clash in Lucknow on Wednesday.
Opting to bowl first, Mohammed Shami, Prince Yadav and Mohsin Khan took two wickets apiece as LSG restricted Rajasthan to 159 for six in the stipulated 20 overs. Star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja proved to be the lone silver lining for the side with 43 not out off 29 balls.
By virtue of his efforts, the Royals crossed the 150-run mark after a batting collapse where the big names failed to deliver. In reply, the Super Giants were all out for 119 in 18 overs after batters failed to chase the modest total. For RR, Jofra Archer was the most successful bowler with figures of 3/20.
The Royals have now climbed to the second spot while LSG are at the ninth place.
