CM Rekha Gupta conducted surprise inspection of Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital, gave instructions to improve health services

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today conducted a surprise inspection of Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital. During this, he interacted with the patients and their families and got information about the arrangements available in the hospital and the availability of doctors. During the inspection, the Chief Minister also took feedback from doctors, staff and hospital management and gave necessary instructions to further improve the health services.

The CM stressed on making the health system modern, fast, sensitive and citizen-centric. The Chief Minister said that the aim of the government is that every citizen of Delhi should get such a health system where timely treatment is available, modern facilities are available, there is a clean environment and patients are served with respect.

The Chief Minister said that availability of medicines, provision of drinking water, cleanliness, convenience of patients and all other necessary arrangements should be kept on top priority. The Chief Minister says the goal is to ensure that every citizen gets timely and reliable healthcare. The Chief Minister said that the government wants that every hospital should not just be a center of treatment but should become a place of service, compassion and trust, where patients can get better treatment with respect. He also reiterated that work will continue in this direction so that the health system can be further strengthened.

Surprise inspection of Azadpur Mandi and Gupta Market on Monday

On Monday, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta conducted a surprise inspection of Azadpur Mandi, Gupta Market and surrounding areas. During this, he took stock of the progress of the ongoing development and construction works. During the inspection, the Chief Minister also reviewed the projects of DMRC and PWD. The Chief Minister strongly reprimanded the officials when there were barriers and stones lying on the road near Gupta Market for a long time. Expressing his displeasure, he asked why carelessness is being taken in such matters. The Chief Minister also expressed dissatisfaction over the slow pace of construction work and clearly said that no laxity will be accepted in the development works to the public.
