Many people used to need an OTP on their mobile number to get an Aadhaar card or make any changes to it. Many faced delays in receiving the OTP or other similar issues. Now, stop worrying. With the new update, your work won't be halted even if your mobile number isn't linked. You won't need this proof.
Now, Aadhaar rules have changed. UIDAI has introduced new features like face authentication. This allows you to verify your identity without an OTP. You can now order an Aadhaar PVC card directly from home.
To do this, you need to visit the UIDAI website and click on the "Order Aadhaar PVC Card" option. Then, enter your Aadhaar number or VID, fill in the required information, and make the payment. Follow this simple process.
The process of face authentication is very simple. By turning on the camera on your mobile or app, your face is scanned and matched with your Aadhaar data. This eliminates the need for an OTP. You can create your Aadhaar card through the Download Aadhaar app. You will receive a PDF. The password for this is the first four letters of your name and your year of birth.
UIDAI has made this important decision for Aadhaar users. Until now, providing an OTP number was required to download or update an Aadhaar card. This caused difficulties for those whose mobile numbers were not linked. Now, this tension has finally ended.
