An upcoming music-led showcase on May 17 will bring together a roster of independent artists to mark the launch of “The Man On The Moon,” a new track rooted in genre-fluid sound and visual storytelling. The lineup features performances by Coup Jean, Bidishah , and Joesjoint, alongside Soumyajit, offering a mix of original R&B and pop compositions.
Designed around the lunar cycle, the release leans into themes of reflection and introspection, blending music with interactive elements. The evening will feature regional R&B and pop originals—drawing from jazz, ballad, and pop influences—alongside a dedicated single launch moment. Extending the immersive experience, an on-site tarot reading booth will complement the celestial theme.
Positioned as the debut edition of a larger series, the showcase focuses on curated, original music with an emphasis on experimentation and narrative-driven performance. As independent artists continue to push boundaries across genres, the format reflects a shift towards more experiential, community-driven live music spaces.
