After this, Mumbai Indians’ opening batsman Ryan Rickleton is at number two. Rickleton has hit 33 sixes so far after playing only 8 matches. That means Rickleton is only four sixes behind Vaibhav.
Sunrisers Hyderabad opener Abhishek Sharma is also not far behind in this list. He has hit 32 fours in 10 matches. These are the three batsmen who have hit more than 30 sixes in this year’s IPL. Priyansh Arya has hit 26 sixes. KL Rahul and Rajat Patidar have done the work of hitting 24 sixes.
Meanwhile, if we talk about the batsmen who hit fours, then there are two batsmen on equal footing. Both KL Rahul and Virat Kohli have hit 42 fours in 9 matches. While Rahul has scored more than 400 runs, Virat Kohli currently has 379 runs in his name. Abhishek Sharma is not far behind him with 41 fours in 10 matches.
