After BJP's victory in West Bengal, a situation of constitutional deadlock seems to be arising. BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra has strongly condemned the statement of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in which she said that 'she will not resign and she is not defeated'. Speaking to the media in Delhi, Patra said that this is the first time in the 75-year democratic history of India that a Chief Minister is not ready to give up power even after a clear mandate.
