After going into deep water, all the youth started drowning, due to which there was chaos in the area.
According to the information, the five youths had gone to take bath in the Ganga near Chandan Ghat of Gangaghat Kotwali area. Initially everything was normal, but suddenly they went into deep water and started drowning one by one due to loss of balance.
Local sailors started rescue, 3 lives saved
Seeing the incident, the local sailors present nearby immediately started the rescue operation. After much effort, three youths were taken out safely. However, two youths went missing in the water. During the rescue, the body of a youth named Jeetu was recovered, while the youth named Ashish is still missing. The team of local police and divers are continuously searching for him.
