SRH vs PBKS: A Historic Victory

SRH vs PBKS: In a remarkable turn of events during IPL 2026, Sunrisers Hyderabad achieved a victory that not only altered the points table but also etched a new record in history. With an impressive performance against Punjab Kings, SRH maintained an incredible winning streak at their home ground in Hyderabad, surpassing a significant record previously held by Chennai Super Kings. On May 6, during the 49th match of IPL 2026 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Sunrisers Hyderabad batted first, amassing a formidable total of 235 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in their 20 overs. Meanwhile, Kishan contributed significantly with a quickfire 55 runs off 32 balls, putting the team in a commanding position. This loss was detrimental for Punjab, causing them to drop to second place in the points table, while Sunrisers Hyderabad soared to the top with their emphatic win.

A New Record in Hyderabad

With this significant victory, Hyderabad also set a historic record.
