What Marks Are Required to Pass?
According to CBSE regulations, to pass Class 12, students must secure a minimum of 33 percent marks in each subject. In subjects where a practical examination is applicable, it is mandatory to pass separately in both the theory and practical components. Furthermore, securing a grade higher than 'E' in all subjects is compulsory. Students who fail to pass in one or two subjects will be allowed to appear for a compartment examination.
