IndiGo is all set to operate the inaugural flights at the Noida International Airport (NIA) in Jewar. The airline has officially announced that it will commence commercial flight operations from the newly constructed hub on June 15, 2026, making it the first to operate out of the National Capital Region’s third major airport.

According to the official announcement made by IndiGo, the flight schedule starting from June 15 will include flights going from Lucknow-Noida, Noida-Bengaluru, Bangalore-Noida, and Noida-Lucknow. They also confirmed that the operation will soon be expanded to more than 16 destinations across the country.
Talking about the launch, Aloke Singh, Chief Strategy Officer, IndiGo, said, “Large metropolitan regions in India are maturing to support multiple airports, and IndiGo is proud to serve all three in the NCR - IGI Airport, Hindon, and now NIA.”
The launch of services at Noida International Airport is expected to transform travel experience in the region by providing a high-capacity alternative to Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport and Hindon Airbase. The new airport aims to decongest regional air traffic and provide seamless connectivity to the growing industrial areas of Noida and Greater Noida.

While specific route details and flight frequencies are being finalized, the initial phase will focus on vital domestic links, with the airline expected to open ticket bookings in the coming weeks.
Authorities at the Noida International Airport have confirmed that all critical infrastructure—including the primary runway and terminal facilities—is prepared for the mid-June launch.
