Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) has taken strict measures against recruitment agencies. After the inspection conducted in the first quarter of the year 2026, 14 agencies were found guilty of violating the rules. This decision of the government has been taken to protect the rights of migrants and make the recruitment process transparent.

The ministry said that during the inspection, major deficiencies were found in 14 recruitment agencies. Of these, 3 agencies were immediately suspended. The licenses of 11 agencies were completely canceled because they did not correct their mistakes within the stipulated time limit.

- Delay in returning the money to the beneficiaries.
