What are the ingredients required?
If you want to make this homemade paste to get rid of ringworm, then only 2 ingredients are required for it. The first is yellow mustard seeds and the second is fresh buttermilk.
Make this paste like this
First of all, put mustard seeds in a mortar and grind them well or make powder in a grinder. Now you have to add so much buttermilk in it that it becomes like a paste. It should not be very thin. Keep the texture such that it spreads easily on the skin and also remains stable.

Apply this paste of mustard seeds and buttermilk on those places where there is ringworm. After applying, leave it for at least 20 to 30 minutes and then wash with normal water.

Shweta Shah has shared that this paste should be applied for 7 days. This will reduce itching and skin irritation caused by ringworm. Apart from this, this paste also prevents fungal infection, due to which ringworm starts getting cured.
Avoid these things
If you have ringworm on any part of your body that is covered with clothes, then take care not to wear tight clothes. Actually, clothes that are too tight cause rubbing, which causes problems. Choose clothes made of soft fabric. Apart from this, clean it after sweating, do not share your towel with anyone else nor use anyone else's clothes or towel.
