On this the actress said, "It completely depends on supply and demand. Talking about money, it is a straight business. A woman definitely works hard, but if the producer or director feels that she can be replaced by someone else, then they offer money accordingly." Bhagyashree clearly said that at that time the industry was run with a business mindset and even today the situation is not much different.
