In the sanctum sanctorum of the Triloknath temple, a Hindu priest and a Buddhist lama sit together on one side. Both the priests worship Shivalinga in turns. He also blesses the devotees coming to the temple. There is also a pillar associated with Buddhist beliefs in this temple, which is very close to the wall. It is believed that a person who passes between the pillar and the wall has not committed any sin. The person who is unable to come out of the middle is considered a sinner. However, it reflects the unique culture of the temple.

Many religious experts believe that not only Lord Shiva is present in the Shivalinga of Triloknath temple, but Gautam Buddha is also present on the forehead of Lord Shiva. For this reason, along with Hindu devotees, followers of Buddhism also come to worship in this temple.
