Apart from this, nutritious and hot breakfast gives energy to the body. According to Ayurveda, starting the day with only tea or coffee on an empty stomach can weaken the body’s energy. Therefore, one should have a balanced meal in the morning.

Even during office hours, it is necessary to give rest to our body. Constantly watching the screen increases the pressure on the eyes and brain. Experts say that every few minutes it is advised to look away from the screen. Also, taking deep breaths and doing pranayam for a few minutes reduces mental stress. In Ayurveda, great emphasis is also given to the importance of routine and time. It is believed that morning time is best for mental concentration, whereas in the afternoon the body starts feeling a little heavy. In such a situation, difficult and important work should be done in the early part of the day.
