A new clip of Donald Trump addressing reporters has done the rounds on social media as it sparked concerns over the US President's health. The 79-year-old politician ripped into previous tenants of the White House as he openly called it a "s***house" until he came along and improved it.

He shared: "This place was not properly taken care of. I was told by my wife 'you have to act presidential, so don't use foul language.' I won't. Therefore, normally I would have said it was a s**t house, but I don't want to say that." Trump went on: "The columns were falling down, the plaster was falling off, you made a speech, and I was saying 'couldn't you fix up the paint job up there?' You know, it looked like, and this place is tippy top now, including all the brand-new beautiful stone." He then bragged: "I paid for it myself."

However, as he ranted on, fans who watched the clip became concerned. Posting to X/Twitter, one fan noted: "Dementia has taken his brain. He's delusional and unhinged and senile and needs to be impeached.

"Why aren't reporters stating the obvious?" Meanwhile, another person added: "Donald Chump is clueless and classless."

One more person wrote: "He's definitely lost all sense of reality! A total cognitive failure! His puppets just let it happen and they know the Supreme Court will just give him what he wants. I wonder who is lining their pockets..."

Someone else said: "Do not become numb to this. None of this is acceptable. How far we have fallen as a nation."

On the other hand, some people championed Trump. "People love politicians that lie and tell them what they want to hear while they steal us blind," one social media shared.

"Trump is a breath of fresh air with every crude truth he speaks. But no, he isn't perfect, but at least he is open with his motives."

Another echoed: "He's the boss he can say it like it is and how the hell he likes saying it."

The criticism follows Trump being slammed after he branded a reporter "dumb" as he defended the soaring cost of his new ballroom project. The leading politican announced that his planned ballroom project had "doubled" in size but insisted it was still under budget.

However, when a reporter pointed out the cost had doubled too, Trump wasn't pleased. "We have a ballroom that's under budget," he told reporters on the South Lawn.

"It's going up right here. I've doubled the size of it because we obviously need that, and we're right now on budget, under budget, and ahead of schedule." When questioned further, Trump snapped: "I doubled the size of it, you dumb person. You are not a smart person."
