Actor-singer Lisa Mishra has praised the makers of the upcoming series
Call Me Bae for creating a refreshing and light-hearted story at a time when much of the content landscape is dominated by dark and intense narratives.
Featuring an ensemble female-led cast including Ananya Panday, Lisa Mishra, Shruti Haasan, Muskkaan Jaferi , Mini Mathur and Niharika Lyra Dutt, the show explores friendship, individuality and the many shades of modern womanhood.
Speaking about the series, Lisa shared that

She also highlighted how empowering it was to work on a project led by such a strong female ensemble, adding that audiences will appreciate stories that embrace lighter, more vibrant emotions alongside intensity and drama.
