Air India has announced temporary suspensions and frequency cuts across several international routes between June and August 2026, citing continued airspace restrictions and record-high jet fuel prices.

The airline said the changes are aimed at improving network stability and reducing last-minute inconvenience to passengers. Despite the adjustments, Air India said it will continue operating more than 1,200 international flights every month across five continents.

Passengers affected by cancellations or schedule changes will be offered alternative bookings, free date changes or full refunds, the airline said.
