Matrimony Q4: Profit Rises 18% YoY To ₹9.7 Cr, Announces Dividend Of ₹5

Listed match making company Matrimony’s consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 (Q4 FY26) increased 18.3% to ₹9.7 Cr from ₹8.2 Cr in the year-ago period. On a QoQ basis, it increased 16.9% from ₹8.3 Cr.
Revenue from operations grew 7.8% to ₹116.8 Cr from ₹108.3 Cr in Q4 FY25. Sequentially, it increased 3.2% from ₹113.2 Cr.
Including finance income of ₹5 Cr and other income of ₹11 Lakh, total income stood at ₹121.9 Cr in the quarter under review.
Total expenses increased 0.5% to ₹110 Cr from ₹109.4 Cr in the same period last year.
