**Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment**
To be eligible for this recruitment, candidates must have taken the JEE Main 2026. Additionally, they should have completed their Intermediate (12th standard) with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
The age requirements stipulate that candidates must be at least 16 years and 6 months old and not older than 19 years and 6 months, with age calculated as of July 1, 2027.

**Selection Without an Examination**
It is important to note that this recruitment will not involve a written examination. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifying exam scores and will then be invited for Physical and Medical tests. Those selected will undergo a four-year training program while also completing their Engineering degree.
