It's moving day at the PGA Championship as a field of 156 players is cut to just the top 83. A number of top stars from the PGA Tour and LIV Golf have struggled at this year's instalment of the second major of the year, which takes place at Aronimink Golf Club.
Bryson DeChambeau was dumped out of the tournament after just two rounds with an overall score of seven over par, while Tommy Fleetwood and Robert MacIntyre joined him in an early exit at five over. Wyndham Clark, Tyrrell Hatton, Viktor Hovland and Tom McKibbin are also among the other big-name players who failed to make the weekend's play.
On the flip side, Scottie Scheffler's dreams of defending the title he won at Quail Hollow just 12 months ago are still alive, the 29-year-old sitting pretty at T9 headed into Saturday at two under. Rory McIlroy, Shane Lowry, Jon Rahm, Jordan Spieth and Brooks Koepka are also among the other elite-level pros who will vie for glory this weekend.
