Material
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 2 small spoons of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- Half teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 small spoon of salt
- 2 small spoons of oil
- Half a cup of curd
- Half teaspoon milk powder

- To prepare bread at home, first add 1 teaspoon of vinegar to hot milk and mix and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes the milk will curdle a bit, now add oil, curd and sugar in the same bowl and mix well.
- Now in a big bowl sift the flour along with baking powder, milk powder and little salt.
- Now add this sifted flour to the milk mixture and knead into a soft dough.
- Note that the batter should not be stiff but should have a creamy texture.
- Now add ino to the prepared batter and mix, this will make the bread rise well.
- Now put the butter paper in a bowl and pour the prepared dough on it and tap the bowl lightly once or twice on the floor. This will remove any air in it.
- You can also garnish the bread with sesame seeds if you want.
- Now place the kadai on the gas and add salt. Place a stand on it and then place the bowl of flour on this stand.
- Cover the pot and cook it on low flame for 30-40 minutes.
- When your bread is well baked, grease the top with butter and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- You can also use wheat flour in this if you want.
