Gautam Adani meets Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, announces investment of Rs 60 thousand crore in the state

Patna, 18 May. Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani on Sunday launched the Adani Eye Care Project at Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital in Mastichak, Saran. During this time, Adani Foundation Chairperson Preeti Adani was also present with him. After the inauguration of the Eye Care Project in Saran, Gautam Adani reached Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary’s residence to meet him. Samrat Chaudhary shared the picture of his meeting with Gautam Adani on social media platform X.

The Chief Minister wrote that the country’s renowned industrialist and Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani paid a courtesy visit. He assured all possible cooperation for the development of Bihar. At the same time, Gautam Adani also wrote in a post shared on social media that today’s meaningful meeting with Bihar’s popular and energetic Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary in Patna has further strengthened our faith in the bright future of the state.

He wrote that the Adani Group is fully committed to pursuing employment generation and social service initiatives. It will also try to give a new direction to the development of Bihar by providing active cooperation in the areas of infrastructure and energy. In an event organized here, Gautam Adani said that Adani Group aims to completely transform the infrastructure of Bihar in the next three to four years. For this, the group is going to invest Rs 50 thousand crore to Rs 60 thousand crore in the state.

He said that the biggest strength of Bihar is its hardworking people, their simplicity and strong intentions. He also said that being a Bihari is a matter of pride in itself. He said that Adani Group is ready to help in every possible way for the development of the state. Their aim is to provide better employment to the people here. Adani Group’s Adani Eye Care Project is a joint initiative of Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital and Adani Foundation. Now Adani Center for Eye Disease and Adani Training Center for Ophthalmic Sciences will operate through this.
