- 250 grams of rice
- 100 grams jaggery
- 2 cups of coconut flour
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 2 to 3 teaspoons of fennel seeds
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
- 1.5 cups of water

- To prepare Arsa, first soak the rice in water and keep it aside overnight.
- Once the rice is well soaked, drain the excess water through a sieve.
- After this, divide the rice in the mixer and prepare the dough. Note that the rice should be slightly moist.
- Now put jaggery stones in a pot on gas and melt the jaggery.
- Add melted jaggery to the split rice mixture and knead well.
- Be careful not to make lumps while kneading the dough.
Now add fennel seeds, coconut husk, raisins and sesame seeds or poppy seeds to this mixture and knead the dough well once again. - Apply oil to your hands and take small balls of dough in your hands and gently press them to form a thick puri.
- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the prepared arses one by one on medium heat.
- Your crispy and sweet tasting arasas are ready.
- You can store them for several days.
