DU Admissions 2026: Delhi University Releases BA LLB and BBA LLB Admission Schedule..

Delhi University has released the complete schedule for the admission process for the BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) courses for the academic session 2026-27. The first seat allotment list will be released on June 1, following which students must accept their allotted seats within the stipulated timeframe. Once again, the university has conducted the entire admission process online. Additionally, students have been provided relief as the deadline for submitting applications has been extended. On the other hand, an issue regarding a discrepancy in a question paper during one of the university examinations has also come to light, wherein students were inadvertently provided with questions about the wrong subject.

**First Seat Allotment List to be Released on June 1**
According to the Delhi University administration, the first seat allotment list for the BA LLB and BBA LLB courses will be released on June 1. The admission process is also set to commence on the same day. Students who are allotted a seat in the first list must accept it between June 1 and 11:59 PM on June 3. Subsequently, the concerned departments will conduct the online verification and approval of documents by 4:59 PM on June 4. Selected candidates are required to deposit the admission fees by 4:59 PM on June 6.

**Second List to be Released on June 10**
The university has announced that the second seat allotment list will be released on June 10. Students selected in this list will be able to accept their allotted seats between June 10 and June 12. The application verification process will continue until June 13, while the final deadline for fee submission has been set for 4:59 PM on June 15. The university has urged students to pay close attention to these deadlines.

**Application Deadline Extended**
Keeping the convenience of students in mind, the university has extended the final deadline for submitting applications to 11:59 PM on May 21, 2026. Furthermore, students who have already submitted their applications will be provided an opportunity to make corrections. The correction window will remain open from 10:00 AM on May 22 until 11:59 PM on May 23. 

Students Distressed by Question Paper Mix-up in Exam
An incident has come to light at Delhi University in which students received the wrong question paper during an examination. Students taking the 'Event Management' paper—part of the four-year Commerce program—were given questions related to a different subject: 'Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management.' Approximately 50 students were affected by this mix-up. Upon being informed of the matter, the university initiated an inquiry and has stated that it will provide the affected students with an opportunity to retake the examination.
