You can make Mango Phirni on Bakrid. For this, grind the rice coarsely. For 100 grams of rice, take 1 liter full cream milk and only 100 grams of sugar or take 80 grams. Put the rice in boiling milk and while stirring continuously, let it cook on very low flame till the milk thickens. Scrape the cream from the sides and keep adding it in. Lastly add sugar, dry fruits and saffron threads. If you want, you can add rose water and kewra. You can also give it a mango twist with mango pulp. (Image: amateur.chef_/insta)
