Federation of Western India Cine Employees i.e. FWICE has decided to impose a ban against the actor. It is being told that this controversy is to Don 3, which Ranveer suddenly left midway.
Actually, director and producer Farhan Akhtar was working on ‘Don 3’ for a long time. After Ranveer Singh agreed to the film, the makers started pre-production on a large scale. Crores of rupees were spent on set design, location planning, technical team and promotional strategy. But suddenly Ranveer’s decision to walk away from the film shocked the entire team.

Farhan Akhtar complained about this matter to FWICE. According to reports, he told the federation that due to Ranveer’s decision the production house has suffered a loss of around Rs 45 crore. After this, FWICE took the matter seriously and started action.

FWICE President VN Tiwari said that after receiving the complaint, attempts were made to contact Ranveer Singh thrice, but no response was received from him. After this the Federation decided to impose a ban.
Although this ban is not legal or official, its impact is considered to be huge in the industry. Technicians, spot boys, lightmen, makeup artists and other crew members associated with FWICE may refuse to work in Ranveer Singh’s films. In such a situation, the shooting and production of his upcoming films may be affected.

In a statement issued by the team, it was said that Ranveer respects everyone associated with the film industry and the ‘Don’ franchise. He thought it better to remain silent on this matter because he believes that professional relationships should be handled with dignity and respect.
Talking about the work front, Ranveer Singh currently has many big projects. His upcoming film Pralay is said to be a high-budget zombie thriller, with a budget of around Rs 300 crore. The film is being directed by Jay Mehta. Recently there were reports of creative differences regarding the film, but the makers made it clear that the script is completely locked and the shooting will start on time.
Apart from this, Ranveer can also soon be seen in a new pan-India action project with director Aditya Dhar. Both have previously worked together in films like ‘Dhurandhar’ and ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’.
