- Spring Roll Sheets – 10
- Finely chopped cabbage – 1 cup
- Grated carrot – 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped red chillies – 1/2 cup
- Boiled noodles – 1 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
- Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Cornflour – 2 tbsp
- Water – as required
- Oil – for frying

- Heat some oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Then add cabbage, carrot and red chillies and saute lightly on high flame.
- When the vegetables are slightly soft, add the boiled noodles. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, pepper powder and salt to it and mix everything well.
- Keep this prepared saran aside to cool completely. The rolls may tear if filled with hot saran.
- Mix cornflour and a little water in a small bowl to form a thick paste. This paste will be used to stick the roll.
- Take a spring roll sheet and keep the prepared saran aside. Now make a roll by rolling the sheet tightly and seal the edges with cornflour paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is at the right temperature, fry the prepared rolls on medium heat until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot veggie spring rolls with tomato sauce or chili sauce. You can sprinkle some chaat masala on it for a tastier experience.
