How to worship Lord Shiva at home?

In the month of Sawan, Lord Shiva can be worshiped at home as per the rituals. For this, take bath in the morning, wear clean clothes and clean the place of worship. After this, anoint Shivling with Ganga water, water, milk, curd and honey. Offer Belpatra, Dhatura, Hemp, white flowers and fruits to Lord Shiva. During the puja, chant Om Namah Shivay mantra and recite Shiva Chalisa. At last, perform Aarti and pray to God for happiness, peace and prosperity.
