TRIBUNWOW.COM - The former Southampton winger and Croatia national team player, who was a close teammate of Luka Modric at the 2022 World Cup, has reportedly entered Persib Bandung’s negotiation list — here’s a look at the possibility.
According to TribunWow.com, Croatian forward Mislav Orsic has been linked with a potential move to Persib Bandung.
The initial report about Mislav Orsic being on Persib Bandung’s radar surfaced from an Indonesian football-focused Instagram account, @pragmatic_foofball, on Saturday (May 30, 2026).
“Mislav Orsic is reportedly on Persib Bandung’s radar,” wrote @pragmatic_foofball.
Additionally, a Persib Bandung fan-based Instagram account also spread rumours that Mislav Orsic has been included in Maung Bandung’s transfer wishlist.
The rumour was later echoed by another Instagram account, @newsroompersib, on Sunday (May 31, 2026).
“Destination detected: Bandung.
Mislav Orsic has been reported to be under Persib Bandung’s radar.
Experience, quality, and a proven European track record. Could Bandung be his next stop?
Rumour. No agreement has been reached yet,” wrote @newsroompersib.
Speaking of chances, Persib Bandung’s opportunity to secure Mislav Orsic appears wide open.
This is because his contract with the Cypriot First Division club will expire on May 31, 2026.
The possibility seems even stronger as Orsic and former Persib Bandung coach Bojan Hodak are now following each other on Instagram.
