How to make ice cream

To make ice cream, first of all keep the milk in a thick bottom vessel to boil. Cook it until your milk thickens well. Then you have to mix the rusks in it, if you want you can break or grind the rusks and add them. After this this mixture has to be cooked well. Cook this mixture well until the rusk dissolves and let the milk thicken again. When the milk thickens, add sugar to it. After it dissolves well, add cardamom powder and fresh cream and mix. Cook all these things well for 2 to 3 minutes.

What to do after making ice cream

When your ice cream is set well, let it cool, then take it out in an air tight container and garnish it with finely chopped dry fruits of your choice. After this, keep it in the freezer for 7 to 8 hours, so that it sets properly.

How to serve ice cream

When your ice cream is set well, take it out in a glass bowl with the help of a scooper. Decorate it by adding some dry fruits or cherries on top. To enhance the flavour, you can add pieces of fresh fruits like mango or strawberry or any fruit syrup. Then it can be served to children and adults.
