- To make fruit soft candy, firstly, wash the plums, remove the seeds and separate the pulp.
- Remove the peel from the dragon fruit and cut it into medium size pieces and add the dragon fruit and purple gar in the mixer bowl and grind it finely in the mixer.
- Add the mixture prepared in the pan, sugar-free sweetener along with chia seeds, lemon juice and mix together.
- Stir constantly with a spoon over low heat. This will prevent the mixture from sticking to the pan at all. Then keep the gas on low flame and mix till the mixture thickens.
- Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into a silicone gummy mold or tray and keep it in the fridge to set.
- After two to three hours, take out the prepared soft candy.
