Cheese has no taste of its own. So it can be cut into small pieces and dipped in besan. Apart from spices, coriander leaves can be mixed in gram flour. Many people prefer grated cheese in large pieces. Can be served with mint chutney.

Cauliflower Pakora

Cut the cauliflower into medium pieces and steam it in salted water. Then dip in besan batter and fry in deep oil. Once done, sprinkle chili powder on top. Goes great with mint or tamarind chutney!

Green onion pakoras
