To make this deep conditioning hair pack you will need-

• 3 tbsp fenugreek seeds (soaked overnight)
• 2 tbsp cooked rice
• 2 tbsp curd or cream
• 3 tbsp flaxseed gel
• 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel

Method of preparation

First of all, boil flax seeds in some water until it thickens and becomes gel-like. After this filter it and separate it.

Now blend fenugreek seeds, cooked rice and curd or cream together so that a smooth paste is prepared.

After this, add prepared flaxseed gel and aloe vera gel and blend lightly once again. All the ingredients together will create a creamy and smooth hair pack.

Apply this hair pack thoroughly from the roots to the ends of the hair. Leave it for about 30 to 40 minutes and then wash it with plain water.
