Brandi Glanville is going through a serious major concern; a facial disfigurement .

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star revealed about her benign facial tumour on a recent episode of “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” podcast, days after revealing her parasite is back.

Since 2023, the actor is going through a mysterious problem and publicly chronicling her search for answers as reported by People.

It all started around July of the same year when she was diagnosed with stress induced angioedema, considering which she faced a massive face swelling.

A number of treatments over the years resulted in nothing as the actress is still dealing with her concerned issue.

Everything began when a parasite from her "ruptured" breast implants caused the disfigurement which she realised in February 2026. However, that June, she said that the parasite had returned. She shared another update that month, revealing that she has a " benign tumor " in one of her facial lymph nodes.

The 53-year- old actress said, “The growth is “in one of my lymph nodes”.

In 2024 when Glanville appeared on the Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, she shared that, for a long time she has been visiting doctors as her face was starting to “sink in”.

"I prefer [my face] when it's a little swollen, to be honest,” Glanville said. “When it's only swollen on one side, it's not great. But the sinking in things is killing me slowly.”

She added, "I've had days of looking normal, not weeks. I wish. But it comes and goes.”

In that same month, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Glanville mentioned the possibility of contracting a “parasite” from her time in Morocco while filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

"We had food sitting out for hours on end, and some of it was meat," she explained to Entertainment Tonight, adding that it started in July 2023, "six months" after she returned from Morocco.

The symptoms are not that simple. The former model said that sometimes she could feel the “parasites” moving within her face if she “messes with it”. She described her face condition “as tiny bubbles bursting” on her skin.

In March, 2025, she posted on X sharing an update that outlined her symptoms which stated “painful lumps” in her jaw and bone area, as well as on the side back of her neck.

“I have chills & a constant oily foul tasting drainage from face into mouth. It's acidic & is eating away at my teeth,” she added. “Plus all of my lymph nodes in my head & neck are swollen.

She also had lost multiple teeth and a total of six figures on her treatment covering medical costs. All the worse situations compelled her to refer to the situation as “worse than ever” last year.

She posted, “I am fucking miserable. My face is literally melted away”, on X.

Once she went to see a dermatologist specialising in cancer as reported by Page Six, and the reports came back positive with the tumour results.

The reality star mentioning her struggles said that it had been a long time around three years. She just wants to put a ton of makeup on again, get my hair extensions and want to have her glow-up.
