Therefore, always shampoo your hair with oil half or an hour before washing your hair and then wash your hair.

Healthy diet and good sleep: Apart from this, follow a healthy diet to avoid the problem of hair fall. Include Vitamin E, Omega Three Fatty Acids, Protein and Iron in your diet. Also reduce stress and get enough sleep. Lack of sleep is also a major reason behind hair fall. Also get your hair trimmed from time to time. Regular hair trimming removes split ends and keeps them healthy.

Protect hair from chemicals and heat: To avoid the problem of hair fall, use chemical hair products and heat tools minimally or completely.
